From Dr. James' Teachings

Her Mone is a female hormone formula. If there are general female hormone disorders or concerns, the primary formula to use is Tonic F. Her Mone was designed to complement that support by focusing more specifically on healthy ovulation, cervical mucus production, and female reproductive function.

In the clinic, we assisted many couples who had been told they were infertile. It was a real joy to help families achieve pregnancy and welcome children they had long hoped for.

As the father of eleven children, it was an eye-opener for me to discover that not everyone gets pregnant right away. When I was younger, I thought you got married and, boom, you had babies. That isn't always the case.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that simply having more frequent intercourse increases the chances of pregnancy. Many times, that's not the best approach. The timing of fertility matters, and healthy cervical mucus plays an important role. Peak mucus provides the natural pathway that allows sperm to reach the egg. A woman may be ovulating, but without sufficient healthy cervical mucus, conception can still be difficult.

Her Mone was formulated to help support healthy cervical mucus production and the quality of ovulation while nourishing the female reproductive system. It has also been used during the premenopausal years for concerns such as breast tenderness and feelings of scratchiness that often accompany hormonal changes.

From My Own Practice

From My Practice

Her Mone is a standalone formula designed to support healthy female hormone balance by nourishing the female reproductive system. While it is often associated with fertility because of its support for healthy ovulation, its role is much broader than that.

The female reproductive system serves a woman throughout her entire life. While its role naturally changes over the years, the need for healthy hormonal balance does not.

For a young girl who has recently begun menstruating, healthy hormonal balance helps establish the normal rhythms of a healthy reproductive system.

During the childbearing years, one of those healthy functions is ovulation. Sometimes people only think about ovulation when they want to become pregnant. I don't. Healthy ovulation is one indication that the hormonal and reproductive systems are functioning as they should. Whether or not pregnancy is the goal, supporting healthy hormonal function is an important part of overall wellness.

For women who have completed their families, healthy hormone balance remains just as important. While the desire for pregnancy may be behind them, the reproductive organs continue to contribute to overall hormonal health, influencing many aspects of physical and emotional well-being.

Because so much of the discussion surrounding Her Mone centers on ovulation and fertility, some women assume this formula no longer applies to them after menopause or following a hysterectomy. In my experience, that simply isn't true. As a woman moves through menopause, the role of her reproductive system naturally changes, but its contribution to healthy hormonal balance continues. That is why I continue to recommend Her Mone for many women well beyond their childbearing years.

As hormone balance improves, many women notice benefits that extend well beyond their menstrual cycle. Healthy skin, improved comfort, fewer hormonal fluctuations, reduced breast tenderness, relief from vaginal dryness, and greater emotional stability are all influenced, in part, by healthy hormone function. While every woman is different, my goal is never to chase individual symptoms. Instead, I focus on supporting the health of the hormonal system as a whole, allowing the body to move toward its own natural balance.

Her Mone is a powerful standalone formula. I also frequently recommend it alongside Tonic F because each formula supports female hormonal health from a different perspective. Each formula is highly effective on its own, but when a woman would benefit from the support both provide, they complement one another exceptionally well.

One thing you may notice is that Her Mone is one of our more expensive formulas. That isn't because we've chosen to price it differently. False Unicorn, one of the primary herbs in this formula, is both difficult to obtain and significantly more expensive than most herbs. Even so, we continue to use it because Dr. James considered it essential to the integrity of this formula. Whenever we prepare a new batch, we work to obtain the highest quality herbs at the best price available so we can keep the formula as affordable as possible without compromising its quality.

Dosage Guide

The directions on the bottle provide a general recommendation. In my own practice, I view those amounts as a starting point, not a limit. During times of greater discomfort, I adjust the amount and frequency according to the level of support the body seems to need.

A personal note for my clients: If we've worked together recently, please follow the recommendations I gave you during your consultation. They were personalized to your individual health needs, goals, and circumstances and may differ from the general dosage suggestions provided here or on the bottle.
