From Dr. James' Teachings
Travl got its name because we use it for the discomforts of motion sickness. Whether you are traveling by car, plane, or boat, it has long been one of my favorite formulas for helping with nausea, dizziness, and the discomfort that can accompany travel. Over the years, I have found it to be a dependable formula whenever motion itself is the problem.
Travl can also be used as a catalyst. Let's say, for instance, that you are taking an herbal formula and you want it to work a little bit faster, or a little better; take one capsule of Travl with the formula. One is sufficient as a catalyst. If you are taking a handful of herbs, add some Travl. It increases the absorption, and gets the herbs into the system much faster.
This formula is also used for external bleeding, circulation, dizziness and hot flashes. Travl helps increase the body's tolerance to heat. It's also used for high and low blood pressure, nosebleeds, and for treatment of shock.

From My Own Practice
From My Own Practice
Motion sickness can turn what should be an enjoyable experience into something people dread. Whether it's riding in a car, flying on an airplane, cruising on a ship, or even simply walking when dizziness or balance problems are involved, Travl is my go-to recommendation whenever motion sickness, nausea, vomiting, or dizziness are the primary concerns.
I have also found Travl to be especially helpful when dizziness originates from the inner ear. Whether someone is dealing with vertigo, Meniere's disease, labyrinthitis, or other conditions affecting the body's sense of balance, I frequently recommend Travl alongside Hay Asz. The two formulas work exceptionally well together.
One client was preparing to go on a cruise with her husband and was honestly not looking forward to it because she experienced motion sickness even during ordinary car rides. She used Travl during the drive to the airport, on the flight, and throughout the cruise, along with acupressure wristbands. When she returned, she told me that adding Travl made a tremendous difference. She was able to enjoy the trip instead of spending it trying to manage her motion sickness, and that made all the difference for her.
Although this page focuses on motion sickness, nausea, dizziness, and travel-related discomfort, those are only some of the many traditional uses of this formula. It has also been traditionally used to support circulation, heat tolerance, nosebleeds, external bleeding, and abdominal cramping of many kinds, including menstrual cramping, along with several other applications.

Dosage Guide
The directions on the bottle provide a general recommendation. In my own practice, I view those amounts as a starting point, not a limit. During times of greater discomfort, I adjust the amount and frequency according to the level of support the body seems to need.
A personal note for my clients: If we've worked together recently, please follow the recommendations I gave you during your consultation. They were personalized to your individual health needs, goals, and circumstances and may differ from the general dosage suggestions provided here or on the bottle.
