Brain Integration
Crossinology® Brain Integration Technique (BIT) can be helpful for a wide range of challenges related to how the brain and body are communicating. This work focuses on identifying areas where signals may be misfiring or not coordinating properly, and supporting the body in restoring more efficient function.
Your Body Is Listening
Your brain and body are constantly sending messages to one another, and your body is always listening. Movement, sensation, emotions, hormonal signals, and countless other functions depend on those messages being sent, received, and interpreted appropriately.
When communication is clear and coordinated, the body can respond efficiently. When signals become confused, disrupted, or begin misfiring, the effects can show up in surprisingly different ways.
Brain Integration looks at these patterns and uses specific techniques to help improve how information is communicated and coordinated throughout the body. The goal is not simply to chase individual symptoms, but to help communication work more effectively.

What Can BIT Help With?
Brain Integration can be used in many different areas of function. Some people come in with one specific concern, while others notice several areas that seem to overlap.
Physical Comfort & Mobility
Supporting more coordinated communication related to movement, muscle function, tension, recurring discomfort, mobility, and physical performance.
Hormonal Balance
Supporting communication and coordination involving hormonal patterns and the changes that can affect how you feel and function throughout different stages of life.
Emotional Balance
Working with patterns connected to emotional responses, stress, resilience, and the ability to respond more appropriately rather than feeling stuck in familiar reactions.
Vision & Visual Processing
Supporting communication and coordination between the brain and the muscles of the eyes to improve how the eyes work together and how visual information is received and processed.
Auditory Processing & Communication
Supporting how auditory information is received and processed, including listening, language, communication, and the coordination involved in understanding what we hear.
Learning & Focus
Supporting the processes involved in attention, concentration, memory, organization, comprehension, and learning.
Coordination & Performance
Working with timing, balance, coordination, body awareness, and the communication involved in performing movements efficiently and accurately.
Restoring the Connection
Brain Integration uses a systematic process to identify where communication and coordination may not be working as efficiently as they should. Once an area of miscommunication is identified, specific techniques are used to help restore the connection and reinforce a more appropriate response.

Rather than focusing only on where a problem shows up, Brain Integration looks for the underlying communication patterns that may be contributing to it. This allows us to work with the way different systems function together, helping the body respond with greater ease, efficiency, and balance.

Working Together
You'll remain fully clothed and typically lie face up on a massage table while I use specialized kinesiology and the Chinese meridian system to identify and work with patterns of communication and coordination throughout the body.

Please come well hydrated. Hydration is important for clear, reliable muscle responses during kinesiology testing.
