From Dr. James' Teachings
Dr. James did not leave published teaching notes for this formula. Although no written literature was available, I worked alongside him in clinical practice for more than 15 years, learning not only from his written work but from his day-to-day approach to caring for clients. The information below reflects both those experiences and my own clinical practice.

From My Practice
Xenolithic is a formula that is wonderful for skin tags, warts, moles, and other stubborn skin blemishes. I also appreciate it for the way it supports healthy tissue, normal cellular function, and the body's natural renewal processes. Our bodies are constantly repairing, replacing, and renewing themselves. Old cells are broken down, new cells are formed, and healthy tissue is maintained through an incredible balance of growth, repair, and renewal. Supporting those normal processes is one of the things I value most about this formula.
Several years ago, I developed a small raised bump on my shin that simply refused to go away. It wasn't painful, but it had been there for years without changing. I began taking Xenolithic consistently while also applying our Eraser Oil directly to the area. Over time, I watched the bump gradually become smaller. It wasn't an overnight change, but as long as I remained consistent, I could clearly see improvement.
Since then, Xenolithic has become one of my favorite formulas for supporting healthy tissue. I appreciate that it works in harmony with the body's own design, supporting the continual process of cellular maintenance and renewal that is taking place every day.
Don't expect Xenolithic to work overnight. Warts, skin tags, moles, and other stubborn skin blemishes generally take time to develop, so it's only reasonable to expect that supporting the body's normal renewal processes will also take time.
Rather than simply focusing on what appears on the surface, Xenolithic is designed to nourish the body's natural processes from within. Every day, your body repairs, replaces, and renews cells as part of its normal maintenance. When those processes are well supported, the body is better equipped to maintain healthy tissue and healthy cellular turnover over time.
For that reason, Xenolithic is not a formula I expect to produce overnight results. It is intended to work in harmony with the body's own design, supporting normal cellular maintenance from within. In my experience, consistency and patience are well worth it.

Dosage Guide
A personal note for my clients: If we've worked together recently, please follow the recommendations I gave you during your consultation. They were personalized to your individual health needs, goals, and circumstances and may differ from the general dosage suggestions provided here or on the bottle.
Support Needed
Maintenance
Mild
Moderate
Intensive
Common Amount
1 to 2 capsules once daily
1 capsule twice daily
3 capsules once daily
2 capsules twice daily
Once you begin noticing improvement, you can usually reduce to the lowest amount that continues to provide the support you need.
The directions on the bottle provide a general recommendation. In my own practice, I view those amounts as a starting point, not a limit. During times of greater discomfort, I adjust the amount and frequency according to the level of support the body seems to need.
