From My Own Practice
PM Minerals+ has been life-changing for me. From the time I was a little girl, I regularly had charley horses and severe cramps in the soles of my feet. They could happen while I was lying in bed, sitting in a chair, swimming, or simply walking. The pain was intense, but I never thought to complain because I honestly believed everyone experienced them. It wasn't until I was in my thirties that I learned most people don't live with foot cramps like that.
Once I realized that wasn't normal, I started taking PM Minerals+ consistently. I couldn't tell you exactly how long it took, but over time those cramps simply became a thing of the past. Today, it is extremely rare for me to experience one. Unless you've lived with that kind of pain for years, it's hard to describe what a difference that has made in my life. What I had accepted as "just the way my body was" turned out to be something my body simply needed nutritional support for.
That experience changed the way I look at minerals. The foot cramps may have been what first got my attention, but PM Minerals+ is about far more than charley horses. Minerals are essential for every cell in the body. They are involved in healthy muscles, nerves, bones, enzymes, and countless normal processes that keep the body functioning the way it was designed to. No matter what we're trying to accomplish, the body still has to have the raw materials to do the work.
That is one of the reasons I recommend PM Minerals+ so often. When I review a dry blood analysis and see patterns that suggest the body could benefit from better mineral nutrition, PM Minerals+ is frequently one of the formulas I recommend. My goal isn't simply to help with muscle cramps or aches. I want to know my clients have the nutritional foundation their bodies need so that every other recommendation I make has the best opportunity to work well.
One of the first improvements many people notice is fewer charley horses, muscle cramps, and those deep muscle aches that seem to show up after a long day. I also think of it when children are dealing with growing pains or when someone simply isn't recovering from the day as well as they should. I often tell my clients that minerals are the nutrients that tell your body, "Good job. You made it through today. Now it's time to relax and recover." They aren't a sleeping pill, and they won't leave you groggy or unable to function. Instead, they provide the nutritional support your body uses while carrying out its normal repair and recovery processes.
PM Minerals+ is an outstanding companion to almost every other formula I recommend because every system of the body depends on adequate minerals. Whether we're supporting healthy digestion, healthy skin, healthy joints, healthy circulation, or overall wellness, the body still needs those nutritional building blocks. Like good nutrition in general, this isn't about chasing a quick fix. It's about consistently supplying the body with what it needs so it can function the way it was designed to function.

Dosage Guide
The directions on the bottle provide a general recommendation. In my own practice, I view those amounts as a starting point, not a limit. During times of greater discomfort, I adjust the amount and frequency according to the level of support the body seems to need.
A personal note for my clients: If we've worked together recently, please follow the recommendations I gave you during your consultation. They were personalized to your individual health needs, goals, and circumstances and may differ from the general dosage suggestions provided here or on the bottle.
