From Dr. James' Teachings
The digestive tract is one of the most remarkable systems in the body. It has the responsibility of breaking food down, preparing nutrients for absorption, protecting the body from undesirable substances, and eliminating waste. For all of this to happen efficiently, there must be a proper balance of digestive enzymes, stomach acid, bile, beneficial intestinal flora, and healthy digestive membranes. When any one of these is out of balance, there can be a plethora of digestive complaints. Too much of one thing can be just as troublesome as too little of another.
Zime was developed to nutritionally support the body's normal digestive functions. It provides the nutritional building blocks needed for digestive enzymes, helps support proper bile consistency and flow, encourages a healthy digestive environment, nourishes the membranes of the digestive tract, and supports the body's natural digestive processes. When the digestive tract is functioning as it was designed, the body is better able to utilize the nourishment supplied through the foods we eat.
Over the years, I have recommended Zime for a wide variety of digestive complaints. It has become one of my favorite formulas for occasional nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps, gas, heartburn, indigestion, and stomach discomfort. If the digestive tract becomes irritated from something you've eaten or from a temporary digestive upset, Zime has consistently been one of the first formulas I reach for because of the soothing support it provides.
Persistent digestive discomfort should encourage you to take a careful look at your diet and daily habits. Digestive disorder should not be accepted as normal. The body has an amazing ability to restore balance when it is supplied with proper nutrition and given the opportunity to function as it was designed.

From My Own Practice
Digestive discomfort can make you miserable. Whether it's heartburn, acid reflux, indigestion, gas, nausea, or that uncomfortable feeling that your stomach just isn't happy, Zime is one of the formulas I reach for most often. It has a wonderfully soothing effect on the digestive tract, and I've seen it help people feel more comfortable time and time again.
From my own practice, anytime a client is dealing with acid reflux, heartburn, GERD, ulcers, hiatal hernias, indigestion, or just general digestive irritation, Zime is usually one of my first recommendations. While every person is different, I have found it to be one of the most dependable formulas for supporting digestive comfort and helping settle an unhappy stomach.
Personally, I keep Zime on hand for those unexpected times when indigestion shows up. I've only needed it a handful of times myself, but every time I've taken it, I've been reminded just how soothing this formula is. It's one of those formulas I simply like knowing is nearby.
Many people automatically reach for products like Tums® or Rolaids® when heartburn or indigestion strikes. In my practice, I typically recommend taking two capsules of Zime instead. I recommend taking two capsules whenever digestive support is needed, whether that's after a meal, in the middle of the day, before bed, or anytime digestive discomfort shows up. If symptoms persist, I generally recommend continuing with two capsules as often as needed until the digestive tract begins to settle.
As always, if digestive discomfort becomes frequent or ongoing, I encourage looking beyond the symptoms themselves. The body is often trying to tell us something. Diet, stress, eating habits, food sensitivities, and other underlying factors can all influence digestive health. Supporting the digestive tract while also addressing those contributing factors often produces the best long-term results.

Dosage Guide
The directions on the bottle provide a general recommendation. In my own practice, I view those amounts as a starting point, not a limit. During times of greater discomfort, I adjust the amount and frequency according to the level of support the body seems to need.
A personal note for my clients: If we've worked together recently, please follow the recommendations I gave you during your consultation. They were personalized to your individual health needs, goals, and circumstances and may differ from the general dosage suggestions provided here or on the bottle.

Common Amount
1 capsule daily
2 capsules daily
2 capsules as needed
4 capsules as needed
Don't be afraid to take enough to notice a difference. Some people do well with just a few capsules, while others need considerably more. In my practice, it's not unusual for someone with significant discomfort to use up to 60 capsules over the course of a day, then gradually reduce the amount as they begin feeling better.
