From Dr. James' Teachings

Bladney gets its name from the words "bladder" and "kidney." It was formulated to provide nutritional support for the urinary tract and the body's normal fluid balance. When people experience swelling, puffiness, lower back discomfort, or discomfort during urination, the kidneys and bladder may not be functioning as efficiently as they should.

Bladney is not simply a diuretic. Rather than forcing the body to eliminate excess water, it is designed to provide nutritional support for the kidneys and bladder so they can better perform their normal functions. Healthy kidneys help regulate the body's fluid balance while maintaining an appropriate balance of important minerals, including sodium and potassium.

The kidneys and bladder are remarkably resilient organs. Although they are continually exposed to urine, they are naturally designed to protect their tissues. When the urinary tract is healthy, it performs this function remarkably well. Bladney was developed to provide nutritional support for these important organs so they can continue to function as they were designed.

Adequate water intake is an important part of urinary tract health. When the body does not receive enough water, it naturally attempts to conserve fluids. Drinking sufficient water, together with proper nutritional support, helps maintain normal fluid balance throughout the body. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also valuable because they naturally provide both water and nutrients that support healthy body function.

Many people simply do not drink enough water. Instead, they rely primarily on coffee, tea, soft drinks, and other beverages. While these beverages do contribute fluids, plain water, together with water-rich fruits and vegetables, remains one of the best ways to support healthy kidney and bladder function.

From My Own Practice

As a teenager and young adult, I was very prone to urinary tract infections. Some were mild, while others were debilitating. I also experienced passing a kidney stone (I don't recommend that). At the time, I didn't yet understand the signals my body was giving me, but I did know that whenever I took Bladney, I consistently felt better.

One experience has remained especially memorable. In my early twenties, I had moved away from home and was preparing to volunteer during the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. As part of my physical examination, I was asked to provide a urine sample. The results showed blood in my urine, and I knew I was dealing with another urinary tract problem.

I immediately called home and had Bladney sent to me. I took nine capsules daily for about five days. When I returned to complete the required urine test, the sample was normal, and I was able to continue with the volunteer program.

That experience reinforced the confidence I already had in this formula. Since then, Bladney has remained one of the formulas I keep on hand and recommend whenever someone is looking to support healthy bladder and kidney function as part of an overall wellness program.

Dosage Guide

The directions on the bottle provide a general recommendation. In my own practice, I view those amounts as a starting point, not a limit. During times of greater discomfort, I adjust the amount and frequency according to the level of support the body seems to need.

A personal note for my clients: If we've worked together recently, please follow the recommendations I gave you during your consultation. They were personalized to your individual health needs, goals, and circumstances and may differ from the general dosage suggestions provided here or on the bottle.
