From My Own Practice

Have you ever wondered why one person can have a wart for years while another person's disappears? Or why one person develops lumps, bumps, skin tags, or other tissue changes while someone else never seems to have those problems at all?

Every cell in the body has a natural life cycle. Healthy cells are continually being formed, doing their job, wearing out, and being replaced. When the body has the nutrition it needs, that process works remarkably well. Sometimes, however, unwanted tissue changes develop. They may appear as warts, skin tags, cysts, lumps, bumps, or other growths that simply shouldn't be there.

Rather than concentrating on what a tissue change is called, I prefer to support the tissues themselves. Healthy, well-nourished tissues are better able to maintain and renew themselves over time.

Hediondilla is one of the herbs I reach for whenever someone asks me about a wart, skin tag, lump, bump, or another unwanted tissue change. It isn't limited to one area of the body. My focus has always been on providing nutritional support for the tissues involved so the body has what it needs to maintain healthy structure and function.

Dosage Guide

The directions on the bottle provide a general recommendation. In my own practice, I view those amounts as a starting point, not a limit. During times of greater discomfort, I adjust the amount and frequency according to the level of support the body seems to need.

A personal note for my clients: If we've worked together recently, please follow the recommendations I gave you during your consultation. They were personalized to your individual health needs, goals, and circumstances and may differ from the general dosage suggestions provided here or on the bottle.
