Herbal Consultation

Herbal Consultations are a one-on-one conversation focused on understanding what your body may need and how herbal support can fit into that. Rather than guessing what to take, we look at your current concerns, patterns, and daily habits to guide more thoughtful choices.

What to Consider

Herbal support works best when it’s based on the whole picture, not just a single symptom. This is where we slow things down and look at what your body has been showing over time. The goal is to make sense of patterns so any recommendations actually fit your situation.

You might consider an Herbal Consultation if you are:

  • Dealing with ongoing digestive discomfort, bloating, or irregular bowel patterns

  • Feeling run down, low on energy, or not recovering well

  • Noticing changes in sleep, stress levels, or overall resilience

  • Wanting support for immune function or seasonal concerns

  • Trying to make sense of multiple symptoms that don’t seem connected

  • Looking for guidance before purchasing or taking herbal products

This is guidance, not diagnosis or prescribing. Recommendations are meant to support your body and complement the care you are already receiving, not replace it.

What To Expect

This will give you a clearer sense of how appointments work and what to expect when you come in.

What happens during an herbal consultation?

We sit down and talk through what’s been going on. That usually includes your main concerns, your health history, and your day-to-day habits like eating, sleep, hydration, and digestion. From there, I may suggest herbs or general support that make sense for you. It’s a conversation, not a checklist.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

No formal preparation is needed. It’s helpful if you’ve taken a little time to think about what’s been bothering you most or what you’d like support with. If you’re currently taking supplements or medications, having that information available is useful.

Will I be given a list of herbs to take?

If herbal support is appropriate, I will make recommendations. I keep things as simple and targeted as possible. This is not about giving you a long list. It’s about choosing what makes sense and is realistic for you to follow.

Is this the same as medical advice or treatment?

No. This is guidance for general wellness and support. I do not diagnose or prescribe. Recommendations are meant to support your body and complement the care you are already receiving, not replace it. You don’t have to feel unwell to benefit from this. Many people come in because they want to support their body more intentionally, maintain their health, and address patterns before they turn into bigger concerns.

How many consultations will I need?

That depends on your goals. Some people come in for a single consultation to get direction and feel comfortable moving forward on their own. Others prefer occasional follow-ups to adjust support as things change. We can keep it as simple or as involved as you need.

Real Experiences

People often notice meaningful shifts, sometimes subtle, sometimes significant. Here are a few experiences shared by clients.

David N.

“I mostly needed someone to talk things through with. I had a few ideas of what I wanted to try, but wasn’t sure what made sense. She helped me narrow it down without overcomplicating it.”

Pat K.

“She helped me look at the bigger picture instead of just grabbing random supplements. That alone was worth it.”

Brooktyn P.

“I appreciated having a place to ask simple questions without feeling silly. Things like when to take something or how to use it. It gave me more confidence in what I was already doing.”

Kim K.

“I came in thinking I needed a long list of things to take. I left with just a couple of simple suggestions that actually felt manageable.”

Jen F.

“I didn’t need a big plan. I just needed some direction. The recommendations were straightforward and easy to follow.”

Travis M.

“I liked that nothing was pushed on me. I was given options and explanations, and I could decide what felt right for me.”
